David Huang

Mr. Huang joined Bull Capital in April 2015 and was promoted to Partner in 2018. He is an Executive Director and Responsible Officer of Bull Capital’s Hong Kong office, licensed with the SFC. He is also a member of the Investment Committee of the funds managed by Bull Capital.

Mr. Huang brings 27 years of extensive experience across private equity, investment banking, and commercial banking in the China market. His career is distinguished by deep sector expertise in consumer brands, retail, services, and manufacturing, having sourced and executed numerous deals across these industries.

Prior to joining Bull Capital, Mr. Huang was Executive Director at Spring Capital Asia, where he led PE investments and signed term sheets for multiple transactions including a courier company, a financial leasing firm, a rare earth materials company, and a chain children's indoor playground operator. Prior to that he worked at Cathay Capital and in the Investment Banking Division of ICBCI (formerly ICEA), specializing in IPOs and debt restructuring.

Mr. Huang holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Guangdong University of Technology.
