Mr. Wong is the Founder and CEO of Bull Capital, responsible for Bull Capital's overall business strategy and management. He plays a key role in sourcing investment opportunities, leveraging his extensive corporate network across the Greater China Region. Mr. Wong has 44 years of experience in fund management, securities broking, and corporate finance, encompassing securities origination, underwriting and placing of equities and equity-linked products, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and general corporate advisory. Prior to forming Bull Capital, Mr. Wong was Head of Investment Banking – Asia at BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited, having initially joined Peregrine Securities Limited in 1992. During his 15-year tenure with Peregrine/BNP Paribas, he led IPO and secondary market offerings totaling US$23 billion for Hong Kong and China companies. Notable transactions included the landmark listings of China Mengniu Dairy, Nine Dragons Paper, and Hengan International. Under his leadership, BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited was named Best Mid-Cap Equity House in Asia by IFR Asia, FinanceAsia, and The Asset. Between 2002 and 2006, five deals sponsored by the firm were recognized as Asian Mid Cap Equity Deal of the Year by FinanceAsia and The Asset. Mr. Wong currently serves as an independent non-executive director of two Hong Kong-listed companies: Huaxin Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. Mr. Ng joined Bull Capital in November 2021. He is the COO of Bull Capital and Managing Director of the Hong Kong office, with overall responsibility for its operations and management oversight. He is also a Responsible Officer of the Hong Kong office, licensed with the SFC. Mr. Ng brings 34 years of specialized experience in investment banking compliance across the Asia Pacific region, spanning corporate finance, capital markets, equities, and equity-linked products sales and trading. His career is distinguished by senior regulatory compliance roles at premier global financial institutions including HSBC and BNP Paribas, Wells Fargo Bank, Standard Chartered Securities, and Daiwa Securities where he led compliance frameworks for complex investment banking businesses. Mr. Li has been with Bull Capital since 2008, promoted to Senior Partner in 2018. He heads the Shanghai office and leads the investment team and plays a key role in sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and post-investment monitoring. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the funds managed by Bull Capital. Mr. Li brings a distinctive combination of engineering discipline and financial acumen to his investment practice. He graduated among the top three students with a Bachelor of Engineering in Automatic Control from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This technical foundation enables him to assess complex industrial technologies and advanced manufacturing processes—capabilities central to his leadership of the firm's advanced technology investment efforts. He also holds a Bachelor's in International Trade and a Master of Management in Financial Engineering from the same institution. Mr. Li is a CFA Charterholder. With 26 years of experience across securities, finance, and investment, Mr. Li specializes in M&A, IPO advisory, infrastructure finance, and direct investment. Prior to joining Bull Capital, he was Associate Head of Investment Banking at Shanghai International Group Assets Management, focusing on A-share investments and pre-IPO research across equipment manufacturing and new energy. Earlier, he spent four years as a Senior Project Officer at China Southern Securities, advising on multiple IPOs and restructuring mandates. Mr. Li currently serves as a non-executive director of Guangzhou Zhijing Information Technology Co. Ltd., a portfolio company of the fund managed by Bull Capital.

Mr. Huang joined Bull Capital in June 2018 and is based in Shanghai. He is responsible for in-depth research, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and post-investment monitoring, with a focus on emerging technologies, electric vehicles, and healthcare. Mr. Huang brings 20 years of cross-border experience spanning private equity, investment banking, and management consulting in both China and the United States. He specializes in identifying and evaluating opportunities at the intersection of technology and industry, with deep expertise in big data, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing. Mr. Huang previously served as Investment Director at Fosun Capital, where he sourced high-potential investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and led negotiations with target companies. Earlier in his career, he was a Management Consultant at Accenture, delivering strategic and operational advisory services to multinational corporations in the technology, media, telecom (TMT), and healthcare sectors. Mr. Huang holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he received the Dean's Award for Applied Management Research and was a runner-up in the ACG Cup M&A Case Competition.
