Weber Wen-Bo LI, Senior Partner

Mr. Li is the Senior Partner of Bull Capital, leading and managing the investment team. Mr. Li plays a key role in the sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, execution and monitoring of investments. He is the Executive Director of the Shanghai office of Bull Capital and is responsible for its overall management. Mr. Li joined Bull Capital in April 2008 and was promoted to Senior Partner in 2018.

Mr. Li has 26 years of experience in the securities, finance and investment industries, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and IPOs of Chinese enterprises, financial advisory for infrastructure projects, investment research and direct investment. Before joining Bull Capital, he was the Associate Head of Investment Banking Department, at Shanghai International Group Assets Management Co., Ltd.. Between 2000 and 2004, Mr. Li worked for China Southern Securities Company Limited.

Mr. Li is a CFA Charterholder. He obtained a Master degree of Management, a Bachelor degree of Engineering in Automatic Control and a Bachelor degree of Engineering in International Trade from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Mr. Li is a non-executive director of Guangzhou Zhijing Information Technology Co. Ltd., a portfolio company of the fund managed by Bull Capital.
