Mr. Dry has been a Senior Advisor to Bull Capital since 2009 and became a Partner in May 2014. Mr. Dry is responsible for sourcing European investment opportunities and introducing European or cross-border corporate/industrial partners to investee companies for potential co-operation, joint-venture and acquisition activities. Mr. Dry also provides an international perspective on Bull Capital’s target sectors.

Mr. Dry has 40 years of international experience in the finance industry and has been based in Hong Kong for more than 20 years. Mr. Dry was the Chairman of Sinobridge Enterprises Limited, a Hong Kong based corporate consultancy company he founded in 2003. Prior to founding Sinobridge Enterprises Limited, Mr. Dry was managing the BNP Paribas Peregrine investment banking platform, which he joined in 1998 after completing the acquisition of Peregrine Greater China Region business. He was the Global Head of Equity Derivatives Sales at BNP prior to his arrival in Hong Kong. Mr. Dry also worked in Massonaud Fontenay Kervern (acquired by ABN AMRO Group) and Dufour Kervern. Mr. Dry obtained a DEA (post-master’s degree) in International Law from Paris II University and obtained the SFAF Diploma, the French equivalent of a Chartered Financial Analyst.
