David Hua-Xuan HUANG

David Hua-Xuan HUANG, Partner

Mr. Huang joined Bull Capital in April 2015 and was promoted to Partner in 2018. He is the Executive Director of the Hong Kong office. Mr. Huang is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, execution and monitoring of investments. He has 27 years of experience in the private equity investment, investment banking and commercial banking sectors in China.

Before joining Bull Capital, Mr. Huang worked for the private equity firms, Cathay Capital and Spring Capital respectively, focused on investments & financial advisory for companies in the consumption, service, clean energy and manufacturing sectors. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Huang worked for ICBCI (formerly called ICEA) in its Investment Banking Division specialising in IPO and debt restructuring business.

Mr. Huang received a Master degree in Accounting & Finance from University of Manchester.
