Ivan Hin-Kwai LEE, Director

Mr. Lee joined Bull Capital in April 2018. He is responsible for sourcing, due diligence, negotiation and execution of investments. Mr. Lee has more than 13 years of high-tech product development, marketing and business development experience in the US since he started his career as a semiconductor design engineer in the Silicon Valley in 1997. He has personally designed and architected multiple IoT and software products which have won numerous awards and industry recognition internationally. He has multiple invention patents awarded or pending in China and US.

Mr. Lee has 29 years of experience in the high-tech industry which included venture capital and investment banking in both China and US. Before joining Bull Capital, Mr. Lee was the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy at i-Sprint Innovations Pte Ltd.. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Lee joined the investment arm of Analysys International (aka. Eguan) in Beijing, China and was promoted to leading it in 2011.

Mr. Lee is a non-executive director of i-Sprint Holdings Limited, a portfolio company of the fund managed by Bull Capital. Mr. Lee received an MBA degree from University of California at Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Austin.
