Alfred Wai-Choi NG, Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Ng joined Bull Capital in November 2021. He is responsible for the overall operation of Bull Capital, including internal controls, risk management, investor relations and financial management. Mr. Ng is the Managing Director of the Hong Kong office, responsible for its overall management oversight.

Mr. Ng has 34 years of experience in investment banking compliance covering businesses in corporate finance, capital markets, equities and equity-linked products sales and trading in the Asia Pacific region. Before joining Bull Capital, Mr. Ng worked in the Compliance Department of Wells Fargo Bank in Hong Kong covering investment banking and capital market businesses. Mr. Ng started his compliance career at the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong’s Compliance Division and has then worked in various international financial institutions including HSBC, BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered Securities and Daiwa Securities. Mr. Ng received a Bachelor degree of Science in Statistic and Operational Research from Queen Mary College, University of London.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Ng also serves as a Director of Bull Foundation Limited, a registered charitable organisation in Hong Kong, which aims to support various charities in Hong Kong for the relief of poverty, advancement of education, and other purposes for the benefit to the community.
