Isaac Wei HUANG

Mr. Huang joined Bull Capital in June 2018 and is based in Shanghai. He is responsible for in-depth research, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and post-investment monitoring, with a focus on emerging technologies, electric vehicles, and healthcare.

Mr. Huang brings 20 years of cross-border experience spanning private equity, investment banking, and management consulting in both China and the United States. He specializes in identifying and evaluating opportunities at the intersection of technology and industry, with deep expertise in big data, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing.

Mr. Huang previously served as Investment Director at Fosun Capital, where he sourced high-potential investment opportunities, conducted due diligence, and led negotiations with target companies. Earlier in his career, he was a Management Consultant at Accenture, delivering strategic and operational advisory services to multinational corporations in the technology, media, telecom (TMT), and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Huang holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he received the Dean's Award for Applied Management Research and was a runner-up in the ACG Cup M&A Case Competition.
